Processing Time

Depending on styles, I generally need 1-2 weeks to make and process your order.  

Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-5 business days

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

At this time, Laughing Lotus Boutique is unable to ship to any International addresses or process International credit cards. 


RETURNS

We are confident that you will love your Laughing Lotus Boutique purchase. To help ensure your satisfaction, I accept merchandise for returns. To start your return process, contact me at ShopLaughingLotus@gmail.com  We must be contacted within 7 days of delivery of your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. 

 

Conditions of return

Return merchandise must be in original, new condition. Please be aware that sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping Your Jewelry Back to Us

  • Items must be unworn and packaged in the original Laughing Lotus Boutique packaging. 
  • Ship in a padded mailer or box to protect the jewelry during shipment. 
  • Do not ship in a regular letter envelope as it will tear, crush and damage the contents.  We cannot refund you if we receive damaged chain, stones, beads, or a torn package with nothing in it.  Please protect the jewels when shipping!
  • Include your first name, last name, order number and that you are returning your item.

Laughing Lotus Boutique reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 14 days or does not meet conditions of return requirements (see below). 

To request a cancellation of your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours. 

Your return will be issued in the same form of payment as you used when checking out. Please allow one week for your return to appear on your credit card statement.

 

EXCHANGES 

Our website does not allow for exchanges for inventory purposes.  Please email us to begin the exchange process and go ahead and place your new order.  

If you used a discount code on your original order and are exchanging for something else, that code will be honored. Please email me for a new code.
